Sanskriti: The extravaganza 43rd Annual Day of Maitri Mahila Samiti celebrated at NTPC Korba
NTPC Korba’s Ladies Club, Maitri Mahila Samiti celebrated its 43rd Annual Day on 21 April 2024.
Shri Sarit Maheshwari, BUH, NTPC Korba, was the Chief Guest.
The members of the ladies' club performed a Ganesh Vandana to start the 43rd Annual Day which was followed by a Chhattisgarh welcome song.
Smt. Rakhi Maheshwari, President of the Maitri Mahila Samiti addressed the gathering and extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries.
The annual day was a riot of colourful costumes, drama, melodious music, and vibrant dances by the members of the Maitri Mahila Samiti.
'Sanskriti,' dance forms of Seven different states of India were performed, encapsulating the diversity of the nation along with voices from different corners of the nation were also heard.
The spouses of the club members were invited to the annual day programme and they also enthusiastically participated in the event. Fun games were conducted, and the audience and participants actively participated and enjoyed the evening.
Shri Sarit Maheshwari, BUH, NTPC Korba in the felicitation address congratulated the MMS club and its members for their outstanding performance on the annual day and wished them the best for the coming days.
All the seniors and members of the ladies' club, families and employees of NTPC Korba were also present during the function.
The programme ended with prize distribution and a Vote of thanks. The annual day celebration of the MMS club was a grand success and was much appreciated by the guests and well-wishers.
